I’ve been running online courses through Wildmind since 2001! I might have even been the first to offer online meditation courses.
A lot has changed since I began. Over the years, we’ve tried different course formats, but we’ve always included a mix of background reading material and guided audio meditations, along with discussion support. This approach has worked well, but now, more people are using mobile devices, where reading isn’t as enjoyable, and it’s harder to stay focused.
So, we’re experimenting with fully audio-based courses. This ten-day program features sessions that are just 10 minutes long, making them easy to fit into your daily routine. The program will help you calm your mind and cultivate mindfulness, enabling you to manage stress and anxiety better while fostering happiness and wellbeing.
This 28-day course evolved from one of our test-and-audio courses. We’ve created audio introductions for the meditations, making it an immersive experience. The introductory talks replace the readings and lead into the guided meditations.
Mindfulness isn’t just for meditation; it’s for everything we do, like shopping, driving, eating, and more. This course will teach you how to meditate and provide practical tips for incorporating mindfulness into all your daily activities.
