Experiencing Bodhi II: A Meditative Journey

I invite you to check out a new kind of meditation course I started a few weeks ago. It’s called Sitting With Bodhi, and it’s designed to be different from traditional meditation courses.

The second series starts tomorrow, focusing on lovingkindness, or as I prefer to call it, “kindness.” The goal is to help you be more accepting and less harsh towards yourself and others.

The course includes 28 guided meditations, each lasting about 10 minutes. These sessions are open-ended, so you can continue meditating for as long as you like. You can work through the course at your own pace, thanks to a clever email system. The next email only comes after you’ve listened to the previous meditation, preventing the overwhelm of falling behind.

There are no readings; it’s all about meditation. In a survey of the first course, 92% of participants said they wanted to keep going.

For extra support, there’s an online discussion group and I’ll also be hosting two live online meditation sessions. If you can’t make it, the sessions will be recorded and archived.
