Reflecting on Bodhi: Embracing Transformation

Sitting With Bodhi is a unique meditation course where you can get daily guidance from Bodhipaksa if you wish. This course features 28 meditation sessions, each focusing on a specific aspect of change that you can observe in your own experiences. By doing so, you’ll start to free yourself from the feeling of being “stuck” and begin to appreciate the richness of everyday experiences.

The course starts on July 15, and you can enroll any time until August 11. You control the pace as you’ll receive 28 emails, each containing a link to a guided meditation. Each session begins with a 10-minute introduction and focuses on developing deep calmness, peace, and tranquility.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I revisit a meditation after completing it?

Yes, you can download the meditations and listen to them as often as you’d like. The YouTube versions will likely remain available indefinitely.

Do the meditations need to be completed within the course dates?

No, you can take as long as you need to finish the series. It’s entirely self-paced.

Do I need to complete previous series of Sitting With Bodhi to join this one?

No, this series stands alone and does not require any prior courses.

To join, you need to sponsor at least one Community Share, which costs $6 a month. Beyond the course, being a sponsor comes with various benefits.

With nearly 500 sponsors so far, we are well on our way to making Wildmind a Community-Supported Meditation Initiative.

Enrollment Support

For those confused about how to register, a link to subscribe will be included in the next community newsletter, which goes out on the 15th of the month. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or search your Gmail using the sender’s address, community@wildmind.org.

Additional Subscriber Help

If you’re enrolled in the course but not getting the daily emails, check all your email folders, including Promotions, Updates, spam, and trash. If found in spam, mark them as “not spam” to ensure better delivery in the future. For those who subscribed via the app, note that the app and the course are separate projects, and the subscription for one does not cover the other.

Thank you for supporting our community and happy meditating!
