Just Sitting is all about accepting yourself completely. It’s a practice of simply being, where you sit and let thoughts come and go without getting wrapped up in them. Over time, this helps calm your mind, leading to a state of peaceful and effortless awareness.

This 28-session, self-paced online course teaches you how to sit without judgment, embrace radical self-acceptance, and rest in a broad, open sense of awareness. You’ll come to realize that it’s not “you” doing the meditation, but rather, meditation will naturally unfold from within you, leading towards awakening.
