In this 28-session, self-paced online course, you’ll learn how to sit without judging yourself, embrace radical self-acceptance, and relax into a state of open awareness. You’ll come to understand that meditation happens naturally and doesn’t require effort from “you.” The course will guide you toward an effortless unfolding of your meditation practice and awakening from within.
Led by Bodhipaksa, the course allows you to enroll anytime, with emails starting on Sept 1. This program is suitable for people at any experience level.
