In response to the coronavirus crisis, I created a free course designed to help people find calm and balance when everything around them seems chaotic. The course included 28 guided meditations with brief written explanations for context, all delivered via email.
I also provided a recorded compassion practice aimed at helping us stay open to our own suffering and that of others. This practice, known as “Tonglen” or “giving and receiving,” comes from Tibetan Buddhism and focuses on compassion and loving-kindness. It serves as a reminder to be compassionate towards our own struggles, making it a self-compassion practice as well.
