We’re calling this program our Year of Conscious Living, and we’re offering a broader range of events than ever before. Our schedule includes courses for all practice levels, whether you’re a beginner wanting to learn the basics or a more experienced meditator looking to deepen your practice and insights. You can choose which events to participate in based on your interests and needs.
Because our courses are online, they’re incredibly convenient—you can learn to meditate right from your home or anywhere else you may be!
