Embracing the Essence of Bodhi II

I’m excited to invite you to a new kind of meditation course I recently started. It’s called “Sitting With Bodhi,” and it’s designed to be engaging and accessible.

The second series kicks off tomorrow, focusing on what I like to call “kindness” instead of the usual term “lovingkindness.” This course is about being more compassionate and gentle with yourself and others.

You’ll get 28 guided meditations, each lasting about 10 minutes but with the flexibility to extend them as long as you like. You can progress through the meditations at your own speed. Thanks to a smart email system, the next meditation is only sent to you after you’ve completed the previous one. This way, you’re never left feeling behind if you miss a few days.

There’s no extra reading material—just pure meditation. In a survey from the first course, 92% of participants wanted to continue, and they provided great feedback.

There’s also an online discussion group for additional support, and I’ll be hosting two live online meditation sessions. If you can’t attend those, they will be recorded and made available for you.
